A Starter workload

5 clients, 3 keywords, 4 scans

5 × 3 × 49 points × 4 scans = 2,940 points/month of the included 5,500.

An Agency workload

15 clients, 5 keywords, 4 scans

15 × 5 × 49 points × 4 scans = 14,700 points/month of the included 16,000.

Examples use 7×7 grids and exactly four scans per month, before retries. Retries use points too. Some months include five weekly runs; choose headroom accordingly. Pilot access and billing arrangements are confirmed before any commitment.

What do I get in a scan?

A grid checks the listing’s rank from multiple nearby locations for each keyword. You can inspect rankings, see which businesses appear in the top three, and compare points with the previous matching scan. The current ranking depth is 20; a listing outside that range is marked 20+.

Does RankMosaic improve Google Maps rankings?

No. RankMosaic measures visibility; it does not by itself improve rankings. Use the results to explain changes and choose what to investigate next. SEO work remains your agency’s responsibility.

What is a scan point?

One map location checked for one keyword. A 7×7 grid uses 49 points per keyword. Five clients, three keywords each and four 7×7 scans per month use 2,940 points before retries. Retries also consume allowance. Scans stop at the plan limits; there are no automatic overage charges.

Can I use my agency’s branding?

Yes. Paid pilot plans include agency name, logo and colours on PDFs, with a small RankMosaic footer credit. A client report can combine the latest completed scan for each keyword. Preview a fictional example before requesting access.

Can scans run automatically?

Paid-plan locations can opt into weekly scans within their allowance. That requires an activated live service. The public sample is simulated and does not perform a Google Maps search.

How accurate are the results?

Results represent searches from specific grid coordinates and can vary with time, device and personalisation. They are measurements, not guarantees. The live service is still being validated; sample results on this site are fictional. Read the measurement notes for scope and limitations.

Is the pilot live, and will I be charged?

We are collecting pilot access requests. Access is reviewed manually; requesting access does not create an account, start a subscription or charge a card. Plan prices are proposed monthly pilot prices in USD. Live access, billing arrangements and availability will be confirmed before you commit.

Can I export data or ask for help?

Completed client history can be exported as CSV, and reports can be downloaded as PDF. Use the contact form for pilot questions or data requests. Messages are saved for manual review; an immediate reply is not promised.
