Privacy & data in the pilot
A plain-language explanation of what RankMosaic stores and why.
Access and contact requests
The form stores the email address, optional agency name, request type, message, time and request status. These details are used to review and respond to the request. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include passwords, confidential client material or sensitive personal information.
Account and reporting data
When an account is activated, RankMosaic stores account email, a password hash, agency branding, client listing details, scan configuration, rankings and history. These support access, scheduled scans and report generation. Session and form-security cookies support authentication and request protection.
Storage and service providers
The hosted database selected for the pilot is Supabase. Private development previews may use a local database. A live ranking provider and transactional email service will be involved only when activated. Public sample pages contain fictional results and use self-hosted fonts and scripts; no advertising analytics are configured.
Exports and data requests
Account holders can export completed scan history as CSV and download reports as PDF. Contact the founder to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Requests are reviewed manually and may require verification of identity. Retention and backup handling will be confirmed as part of live pilot onboarding; no automatic deletion schedule is currently promised.
